PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday Monday will be processed on the next business day. Time in transit does not include processing times.

LOST PACKAGES
Brooklyn Wax is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
At Brooklyn Wax, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. All sales are final - home fragrance products cannot be returned or refunded.
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Brooklyn Wax within 10 days of delivery.
Please email our customer services team at hello@brooklynwax.co to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the invoice that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return.
